Commencement of Mixed-Use Facility Development Comprising Commercial Stores and Hotel Directly Connected to Omotesando Station

Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Akihiro Kosaka; hereinafter "Tokyo Metro") and Sankei Building Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kazunobu Iijima; hereinafter "Sankei Building") are pleased to announce that they have jointly commenced the development of a mixed-use facility on land located near the Omotesando Crossing and along "Aoyama-dori," a main street. The planned building will be a mixed-use facility with commercial stores on the basement 2nd floor to the 2nd floor above ground, and a hotel on the 3rd to 14th floors above ground, with a planned connection to Omotesando Station, which serves the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Chiyoda Line, and Hanzomon Line.

This project aims for completion in fiscal year 2032, with Tokyo Metro and Sankei Building collaborating to promote it, contributing to the further enhancement of the Omotesando area's appeal as a new landmark.
