'Jardin de Fruits' (meaning 'Garden of Fruits' in French) is a splendid anniversary cake celebrating the hotel's 26th anniversary, lavishly adorned with fruits. Based on a shortcake with strawberries sandwiched between fluffy sponges, it is decorated with a vibrant array of fruits such as melon, mango, Shine Muscat, blueberries, white peach, and strawberries, and encircled with finger biscuits. This special cake, limited to 10 per day, is crafted by the hotel's Chef de Pâtissier, scattering colorful fruits like jewels, offering both charm and freshness.

Two New Early Summer Sweets Also Launched Simultaneously

These are seasonal new cakes meticulously crafted one by one by the hotel's Chef de Pâtissier. Two types will be available for a limited time: 'Le cygne,' inspired by a graceful swan, and 'Miyazaki Mango Roll,' lavishly using Miyazaki mango.

Luxuriously using Miyazaki Prefecture mangoes, known for their rich aroma and melting sweetness, this roll cake features moderately sweet fresh cream rolled in a fluffy, light sponge cake. It is a masterpiece with a moist texture and delightful sweetness.
