"Estate" means "summer" in Italian. We have prepared a 26th-anniversary dinner course that luxuriously uses seasonal ingredients such as Japanese Black Wagyu beef, Charolais beef from Spain, seasonal horse mackerel, and Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which is said to be deliciously fatty at this time of year.
This special course showcases the chef's exquisite skills, not only in taste but also in its colorful and vibrant appearance. You can enjoy a variety of dishes that bring out the umami of the ingredients to your heart's content, along with the magnificent view spread out before your eyes.
