Ryusei Yokohama, this year's TCK image character, attended and greatly enlivened the 71st Haneda Hai as an awards ceremony presenter! This year, "Twinkle Race," which was born as Japan's first night horse racing, celebrates its 40th anniversary. To celebrate this memorable season's major race, he appeared with a refreshing smile.
