Tokyo City Keiba 2026 Business Plan: Japan's First Night Horse Racing 'Twinkle Race' Celebrates 40th Anniversary!

The 2026 Tokyo City Keiba (TCK) season will commence on Monday, April 13, featuring a total of 98 days of racing and 27 Graded races.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the 'Twinkle Race,' which began on July 31, 1986, as Japan's first night horse racing. In gratitude to the over 39 million visitors we have welcomed, we will be implementing various initiatives, including online and on-site events. As part of this, the 'TCK Plus 10' campaign will be held for all Graded races from April to March 2027. When the regular payout is a '100 yen exact return,' an additional 10 yen will be added, making the payout 110 yen.

Furthermore, we will enhance measures to provide customers with comfortable and attractive races.
The 3rd-floor reserved seats in the L-WING Stand, currently undergoing renovation, will be equipped with power outlets and will reopen as 'Wing Seats' from June, offering a comfortable experience even for solo visitors. Additionally, the illumination show held on 'Twinkle Race' days will be renewed, allowing visitors to enjoy a new light show.

Regarding the racing program, we will increase prize money and Triple Crown bonuses to further enhance the value and appeal of Graded races, including the Dirt Triple Crown.

TCK will continue to evolve on the occasion of the 'Twinkle Race' 40th anniversary, aiming to become a racecourse even more beloved by its customers. We kindly ask for your continued support.

'Twinkle Race' 40th Anniversary Project

The 'Twinkle Race,' which was born on July 31, 1986, as Japan's first night horse racing, has welcomed over 39 million visitors to date. As 2026 marks its 40th anniversary, we will implement various initiatives.

### 'TCK Plus 10'
As part of the 'Twinkle Race' 40th anniversary project, and in gratitude to our customers, we will implement 'TCK Plus 10' for all Graded races. For all betting types (excluding SPAT4LOTO) in Graded races at Ooi Racecourse, when the regular payout is an exact return of 100 yen, an additional 10 yen will be added, making the payout 110 yen.

Target Races: All Graded races from April 2026 to March 2027
Target Betting Types: All types (Win, Place, Quinella Place, Exacta Place, Quinella, Wide, Exacta, Trifecta, Trio)

## New Designated 'Wing Seats' Open in L-WING in June
The designated seats on the 3rd floor of the L-WING Stand, currently under renovation, will newly open as 'Wing Seats' from Monday, June 8. These single seats are designed for comfortable solo use, equipped with power outlets and Wi-Fi. You can also overlook the finish line, enjoying races in a comfortable environment.

## New Illumination Show Starts!
The illumination show held on 'Twinkle Race' days will be renewed to the 2026 version and will start from Monday, April 13.
The new illumination show will offer a fantastic display expressing the atmosphere and speed of the 'Twinkle Race.'

## Increased Prize Money for Graded Races
To further enhance the value and appeal of Graded races held at TCK, winning prize money will be increased for 7 races. Additionally, the 'Triple Crown bonus' for winning all three races in the 3-year-old Dirt Triple Crown will be increased.

## Tokyo City Keiba 2026 Race Schedule (until December 2026)
*The 1st to 13th meetings, and the 14th meeting (12/24 (Thu), 12/25 (Fri), 12/28 (Mon)) are 'Twinkle Race' meetings.
*The 14th meeting (12/29 (Tue) - 12/31 (Thu)) will be twilight racing.
