Tokyo City Keiba (TCK) has decided to appoint Ryusei Yokohama, the 2026 image character, as the presenter for the "3-year-old Dirt Triple Crown" race, the first leg of which is the "71st Haneda Hai (JpnI)" to be held on April 29 (Wed, Holiday). Furthermore, the new CM "Haneda Hai STAR☆T" edition featuring Ryusei Yokohama will be released on the official website starting April 15 (Wed), and will begin airing on terrestrial television and other media from April 19 (Sun).
