We are pleased to announce the new employment of three athletes: Riki Toyama, gold medalist in men's hammer throw at the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics; Akito Takizawa, silver medalist in men's football at the same event; and Akane Kato, who holds the Japanese records in the T20 class women's 100m and 200m in para-athletics.

Based on the idea that "the active participation of diverse individuals with various values and experiences leads to the creation of new value," the Company is implementing athlete support measures with the aim of creating corporate value, such as further promoting "women's empowerment and employment of people with disabilities" and realizing an inclusive society through sports support for people with disabilities.
As part of this, the Company has sponsored the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics, signed a partnership agreement with the Japan Deaf Athletics Association, and concluded an official partner agreement with the Japan Deaf Football Association, actively supporting the development and popularization of para-sports.
Currently, the Company supports a total of six athletes with disabilities: Midori Kadowaki, Satoshi Osanai, Hiroto Kitatani, Akito Takizawa, Riki Toyama, and Akane Kato. Our affiliated athletes not only excel in their competitions but also contribute to promoting understanding of para-sports and raising awareness of diversity within the company through internal and external events and information dissemination, spreading a diligent attitude and values that respect diversity. Through these initiatives, the Company will continue to work towards the realization of an inclusive society.
