Park Hyatt Tokyo (Location: 3-7-1-2 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Frédéric Harfouche) will offer a limited-time afternoon tea in collaboration with top jeweler "Harry Winston" at "Peak Lounge" on the 41st floor, from Monday, May 11, 2026, to Sunday, July 12, 2026.

Founded in New York in 1932, Harry Winston is a premier high jeweler, known as the "King of Diamonds," captivating people worldwide. Founder Harry Winston and the designers who inherited his spirit have drawn countless inspirations from the energy of New York City, continuously creating beautiful and unique jewelry.

■ A Special Tea Time to Enjoy at the Renewed "Peak Lounge"

The "Peak Lounge," an atrium space bathed in natural light with lush bamboo greenery, has been reborn with a softer and more comfortable impression after its recent renewal. The afternoon tea, featuring seasonal ingredients, has also been revamped. It has evolved into a new service where guests first enjoy savories and sweets served course-style, followed by baked goods delivered via a trolley.

This collaboration with Harry Winston marks the first adoption of this new style. We will deliver a more elegant and rhythmic tea time experience, where the space, cuisine, and service are integrated.

■ Savories Reflecting Manhattan Scenery and New York-Style Sweets

The theme for this event is "HARRY WINSTON's New York." Inspired by Harry Winston's high jewelry collection "New York Collection," the cityscape and scenes of New York, the brand's origin, are depicted through sweets and savories.

A team led by Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet and Event Chef Takeji Morita projects New York's iconic landscapes and culture onto each dish. The "Manhattan Skyline," a sandwich of snow crab and new potatoes with carrot bread, evokes the towering skyscrapers. The lobster roll, crafted with brioche, elevates the classic New Yorker favorite into an elegant taste. Furthermore, the schiacciata, combining broad beans, green peas, and snap peas with ricotta cheese, is a dish reminiscent of the spring breath of Central Park.

Sustainable salmon confit and caviar express the vibrant seafood culture of Fulton Market. The green asparagus and pastrami frittata pays homage to the culinary culture of Little Italy, weaving in the diverse charm of New York.

For sweets, the lineup includes a modern reinterpretation of the city's iconic desserts, such as an apple dessert named "Big Apple," classic New York cheesecake, and a New York roll accented with salted caramel.

A crème brûlée-style cheesecake is served with raspberry coulis, adding a vibrant contrast to its richness. Additionally, guests can enjoy a trolley service of baked goods, including signature madeleines and canelés.
