About the Sustainability of the Mitsui Fudosan Group
Based on the principle of the "& mark," which is "to continue the challenge of creating new value through coexistence, coexistence, and co-creation," the Mitsui Fudosan Group considers "creation of social value" and "creation of economic value" as two wheels of a car, and believes that creating social value leads to the creation of economic value, and hopes to realize the creation of even greater social value through that economic value. When formulating the new group management philosophy in April 2024, we identified six "GROUP MATERIALITY (issues to focus on)": "1. Contribution to industrial competitiveness," "2. Coexistence with the environment," "3. Health and vitality," "4. Safety and security," "5. Diversity & Inclusion," and "6. Compliance and governance." We will contribute to sustainability by tackling these materialities through our core business.

  ・"& EARTH for Nature"

Furthermore, in April 2025, we formulated the declaration of coexistence with the environment in urban development, "&EARTH for Nature," and understand "environment" as an integration of nature, people, and regions, and promote urban development that expands a rich "environment" and connects it to future generations. As priority issues in this declaration, we have defined five items: "Protect and nurture greenery," "Utilize the charm of water," "Enrich ecosystems," "Connect the thoughts of the region," and "Circulate natural resources." The initiatives in this release contribute to one of the priority issues in "&EARTH for Nature."
