#### Eligibility
SMEs (including sole proprietors) in Tokyo that succeeded their business between April 1, 2021, and the day before the application date, and are embarking on new business development triggered by this succession.

#### Subsidy Period
Maximum of 1 year from the date of the grant decision.

#### 2. Advisor Dispatch (General Course only)
For businesses selected in the General Course, experts will be dispatched to provide advice on improving implementation and further business development (2 visits per company, free of charge).
