Seminar Lecturer Introduction Shinichi Nakasuka Completed his doctoral course (Doctor of Engineering) at the University of Tokyo Graduate School in 1988. After working at IBM Japan, as an assistant professor at the University of Tokyo, etc., he became a professor there in 2004, and a professor at Ritsumeikan University from April 2026. He successfully developed and launched 16 ultra-small satellites, including the world's first CubeSat. He is engaged in research and education on the intelligence and autonomy of space systems, navigation guidance and control, etc., and has contributed to the establishment of space ventures and space engineering education in various countries. Takashi Nagashima Involved in the development of the world's first CubeSat at the University of Tokyo Graduate School. After completing his doctoral course without degree in 2006, he worked as a specially appointed researcher before co-founding Axelspace in 2008.
