1. Project Overview
Eligible Applicants
(Individual Application) SMEs substantially operating businesses in Tokyo.
(Joint Application) Groups of SMEs or SME organizations in Tokyo.
Application Requirements
Products/technologies must fall under one of the following policies outlined in the "Zero Emission Tokyo Strategy Beyond Carbon Half" formulated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government:

[Policy 2] Expansion of zero-emission buildings
[Policy 3] Promotion of zero-emission mobility
[Policy 4] Promotion of hydrogen energy utilization
[Policy 5] Transition to a circular economy
(Promotion of sustainable resource use, plastic countermeasures, and food loss countermeasures)
[Policy 6] Fluorocarbon countermeasures
[Policy 7] Promotion of climate change adaptation measures
Eligible Expenses
Raw materials and auxiliary materials costs, machinery and tool costs, outsourcing/contracting costs, direct labor costs, real estate rental fees.
Subsidy Rate
Up to 2/3 of the expenses recognized as eligible for subsidy.
Maximum Subsidy Amount
(Individual Application) 15 million yen
(Joint Application) 30 million yen
Subsidy Period
Up to 1 year and 6 months from the date of grant decision.
