Supporting DX Promotion and AI Utilization for SMEs in Tokyo! FY2026 New Project: DX Promotion Total Support Project

To realize improved productivity and strengthened competitiveness for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as the establishment of an environment for sustainable wage increases, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center will newly implement the 'DX Promotion Total Support Project' starting in FY2026.
This project provides comprehensive support for DX promotion, encompassing assistance in formulating DX strategies and AI utilization plans by advisors, support from the introduction to the utilization of digital technologies, and grants for expenses related to the introduction of equipment and systems utilizing digital technologies.
The project consists of four courses in total. We are pleased to announce the start of accepting applications for support for two courses that boost DX promotion and one course aimed at creating advanced AI utilization case studies.

## Project Overview
### 1. Advisor Dispatch
An advisor will visit the site, individually clarify current issues, and determine the support policy. They will provide consistent support from formulating a DX strategy and AI utilization plan, examining the introduction of digital technologies, to post-introduction support.
#### Support Courses and Number of Companies Accepted
1. **DX Step-up Course** (Seeking 20 companies)
- Support for formulating DX strategies based on management philosophy and vision
- Support for the introduction and utilization of digital technologies, and training management to promote DX
2. **DX Advance Course** (Seeking 10 companies)
- Targeting companies that have already formulated DX strategies (e.g., DX Certified Business Operators)
- Support aimed at realizing DX (transforming business models, developing new services, etc.)
3. **AI Utilization Course** (Seeking 10 companies)
- Support from formulating AI utilization plans and improving internal literacy to the introduction and utilization of advanced AI technologies
4. **Productivity Improvement Course** *
- Dedicated advisors provide support from the introduction to the utilization of digital technologies aimed at improving the productivity of corporate activities

Recruitment for the 4. Productivity Improvement Course is scheduled twice, around June and October.

Small and medium-sized enterprises, etc., having their principal place of business within Tokyo.
### 2. Grants
Targeting SMEs that have received the above '1. Advisor Dispatch', we will subsidize a portion of the expenses necessary for the introduction and utilization of digital technologies based on the content of the 'Proposal from the Advisor' (*).
* Please note that it will take a certain amount of time to prepare the 'Proposal from the Advisor'.
