The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Corporation will support Tokyo-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing new sales channels by holding seminars and business meetings, and by subsidizing a portion of exhibition participation costs, etc., through the FY2026 "Aim for SME Management Strength Enhancement Advance Plus Project." This initiative aims to further strengthen the management base of SMEs and promote proactive PR activities (see attached document for details).
We are pleased to announce that applications for the "Exhibition Participation Subsidy Project" will open as follows.
Application Overview
(1) Eligible Applicants: Tokyo Metropolitan SMEs that meet both ① and ② below

Those who have received management analysis through the FY2025 or FY2026 SME Vitality Improvement Project Advance Plus*1 and are deemed to benefit from this subsidy project.
*1 For inquiries regarding the "SME Vitality Improvement Project Advance (SME Vitality Improvement Project Advance Plus)," please contact your nearest Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Tokyo Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Those who fall under one or more of the following categories A to C:
A Companies with declining sales (comparing sales in the most recent period with the previous period)
B Companies recording losses (in the most recent period)
C Companies that have received support through the FY2025 or FY2026 SME Vitality Improvement Project Advance Plus and have obtained the prescribed certification.
(2) Subsidy Details: Exhibition Participation Costs, etc.

Eligible Expenses:
A Exhibition participation fees (booth rental fees, material costs, shipping costs, initial EC store registration fees)
B Sales promotion expenses (printing costs, video production costs, advertising placement fees, website creation/modification costs)
* A cannot apply for material costs and shipping costs for exhibition participation fees, or sales promotion expenses alone.

Subsidy Limit: 1.5 million yen

Subsidy Rate: Within two-thirds of eligible expenses

Subsidy Period: 1 year and 1 month from the date of grant decision
(3) Application Period
April 1, 2024, to January 14, 2025 (10 times per year)
(4) Application Method
Applications will be accepted through the electronic application system "J-Grant" provided by the national government.
To use J-Grant, you will need to obtain a "G-Biz ID Prime Account" through the common authentication system.

*This project will be finalized on April 1, 2024, if the FY2024 budget is approved by the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly by March 31, 2024.
