Tokyo Recruiting Startups to Provide Digital Reskilling Courses for Local SMEs (FY2026 Support Program)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan SME Support Center have been implementing the 'SME Digitalization Support through Reskilling utilizing Startups' program since FY2023. The goal is to promote digitalization, sustainable growth, and competitive enhancement of SMEs in Tokyo by matching them with startups possessing expertise in reskilling. We are now announcing the recruitment of startups that can provide digital transformation (DX) courses for SMEs in Tokyo.

**Program Overview:** - Build a platform providing reskilling menus through approximately 10 startups with expertise. - Match these startups with around 200 SMEs in Tokyo to provide the best-fit reskilling menus for their digitalization needs. - Note: Recruitment for SMEs is scheduled to begin in mid-June 2026.

**Target:** - Approximately 10 startups. - Must be less than 10 years since founding or second foundation as of the start date. - Location: Anywhere within Japan.
