To improve productivity, strengthen competitiveness, and create a sustainable wage increase environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Corporation will newly implement the "DX Promotion Total Support Project" starting in Reiwa 8 (FY2026). This project comprehensively supports DX promotion, including support for formulating DX strategies and AI utilization plans by advisors, support from the introduction to the utilization of digital technologies, and subsidies for expenses related to the introduction of equipment and systems utilizing digital technologies. This project has a total of 4 courses. We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for 2 courses that promote DX and 1 course aiming to create advanced AI utilization case studies.

This initiative is part of the "2050 Tokyo Strategy" initiative. Strategy 13: "Supporting SMEs and Promoting Growth."

【Project Overview】 1. Advisor Dispatch Advisors will visit companies on-site to clarify individual current issues, determine support policies, and provide consistent support from formulating DX strategies and AI utilization plans to considering and implementing digital technologies, as well as post-implementation support.

【Support Courses & Number of Companies to Recruit】 ・DX Step-up Course (20 companies to recruit) ・Support for formulating DX strategies based on management philosophy and vision. ・Support for the introduction and utilization of digital technologies, and training for management personnel to promote DX.

・DX Advance Course (10 companies to recruit) ・Targeted at companies that have already formulated DX strategies (e.g., DX Certified businesses). ・Support for achieving DX (e.g., business model transformation, new service development).

・AI Utilization Course (10 companies to recruit) ・Support for formulating AI utilization plans, improving internal literacy, and introducing/utilizing advanced AI technologies.

・Productivity Improvement Course * ・Dedicated advisors will support the introduction and utilization of digital technologies to improve the productivity of corporate activities.

* This recruitment is for courses 1, 2, and 3. Recruitment for the 4. Productivity Improvement Course is planned twice, around June and October.

2. Subsidies For SMEs, etc., who have received the "1. Advisor Dispatch" above, a portion of the expenses necessary for the introduction and utilization of digital technologies will be subsidized based on the content of the "Proposal from Advisor (*)." * It will take a certain amount of time to create the "Proposal from Advisor."
