This event aims to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to move beyond merely understanding generative AI as a tool, to envision concrete applications linked to their own management and operational challenges, and to take actual steps towards implementation.

In recent years, while generative AI has rapidly spread, many companies face challenges such as "not knowing how to utilize it within our own business." This event will provide perspectives on how to link generative AI utilization to their own challenges, through sharing case studies of actual SME applications, lectures from a management perspective, and explanations on the design and utilization of AI agents.

Furthermore, through workshops where participants can substitute their own management and operational challenges for consideration, generative AI will be organized from the perspective of "how to use it for which problems" rather than "what it can do," thereby concretizing the first step towards utilization. This offers an opportunity to move beyond mere knowledge acquisition to practical application and action.

Introduction to Organizing Organization We, Tokyo Junior Chamber, Inc. (abbreviated as "Tokyo JC" and referred to as "Tokyo Junior Chamber" in the text below), were established in 1949 (Showa 24) by young people who shared the aspiration that "the reconstruction of a new Japan is the work of youth," at a time when the scars of war deeply remained in the city and in people's hearts.

Since then, Tokyo Junior Chamber has championed the philosophy of "realizing a bright and prosperous society" and has carried out various activities and movements. Tokyo Junior Chamber is composed of members who voluntarily join, regardless of race, nationality, gender, occupation, or religion.

Japanese Junior Chambers base their activities on "personal training," "service to society," and "friendship with the world," striving for mutual enlightenment and exchange among members, fostering public spirit, and contributing to social development through collaboration with local communities, actively addressing social issues.

The fields of activity where members gain various practical training experiences within the Junior Chamber are broad, and including graduates who have reached the age of 40, many not only play active roles as regional leaders but also produce numerous talents in political and business circles.
