The "Tokyo Policy Championship" is a policy contest for high school students who face Tokyo's social issues and aim to solve them through policy proposals. It serves as a "sovereign education initiative" for high school students attending schools in Tokyo's 23 wards, where they collaborate with peers to develop policies and disseminate them to society.

In the preliminary rounds held in Tokyo Block 2, each team will present their own policies and receive evaluations from Tokyo Metropolitan officials and experts. The representative teams that win through the preliminaries will present their policies in front of special guests at the final competition held on Monday, June 22!

For high school students who have not had the opportunity to think about politics and policies, we have prepared pre-learning content to help them understand the basics of policy-making and gain a perspective on social issues.
