Tokyo Gas Network Co., Ltd. (President: Satoshi Tanazawa, hereinafter "Tokyo Gas Network") has renewed its "Mutual Cooperation Agreement for the Development of the Gas Pipeline Business" (hereinafter "this Agreement") *1, which was originally concluded on December 1, 2023, with Italgas S.p.A. (President: Paolo Gallo), an Italian gas pipeline operator. This renewal aims to further deepen and accelerate their existing initiatives.
Through the renewal of this Agreement, both companies will continue to cooperate by sharing their knowledge and advanced initiatives to promote technological innovation, enhance resilience, and achieve sustainable development in the gas pipeline business.
