Delivery Cleaning is a service that allows customers to easily send clothing and futons to a cleaning factory via parcel delivery, and receive them back through parcel delivery after cleaning. It offers a storage service for up to 11 months*2, as well as free stain removal, pilling removal, and button reattachment. This service addresses the laundry and storage space concerns of a wide range of customers, from singles to families. This is due to high customer ratings for "staff's technical skills," "staff's customer service skills," and "ease of service use." Pilling removal and reattachment of loose buttons are also provided free of charge. ③ Cleaning Quality Focused on Fine Details * For clothing, artisans meticulously press and finish each item by hand. Returned items are packaged in original packaging designed to prevent wrinkles. * For futons, they are washed in large washing machines and then thoroughly dried in specialized drying equipment to ensure a fluffy finish. ④ Easy Ordering & Home Pickup/Delivery * Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via smartphone. A delivery person will pick up items from your home on the designated day, and they will be delivered back to your home after cleaning.
