"Tipsy in Fukushima": Experience Fukushima's six sake breweries at JR Tokyo Station with manga, a stamp rally, sake tasting, and local souvenirs!

The "Tokonatsu Hoheidan" (Leader: Yusuke Watanabe, CEO of My Lock Chocolates Co., Ltd.), a creative group that promotes interesting projects across Japan, will host "Tipsy in Fukushima," an event to enjoy the charm of Fukushima's local sake and travel with all five senses. The event will take place from April 9 (Thu) to April 13 (Mon), 2026, at "Square Zero," an event space inside the B1 ticket gates of Tokyo Station, in collaboration with the Tokyo Station City Operation Council. This event is co-hosted by JR East's Tohoku Headquarters and Mito Branch, and JR East Cross Station Co., Ltd.

Touring Fukushima's breweries while drinking delicious sake—this event proposes a wonderful trip to Fukushima. Fukushima is one of Japan's leading sake-producing regions, having achieved the highest number of gold awards at the "Annual Japan Sake Awards" for nine consecutive years (2014-2022) and returning to the top spot (16 brands) in 2025. The venue will feature 3D manga installations about brewery tours and a stamp rally. Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of six unique, tourable breweries in Fukushima, taste their sake, and purchase bottles. A wide variety of Fukushima specialties and souvenirs will also be available. For those unfamiliar with sake, we offer a "Sake Chart" to help you choose based on your mood, or you can let fate decide with original games like "Akabeko Yabusame" or "Sake Bottle Roulette."

Six-Brewery Tour Manga and Stamp Rally

The venue features book-shaped 3D installations placed throughout the area. By reading the manga about the six breweries, you can experience the background of your favorite sake and simulate a brewery tour. "Learn about the sake first, then visit the site." Through the manga, you can build anticipation for your trip to Fukushima. Additionally, those who collect stamps from all six breweries will receive one of seven original stickers!
