On May 15, 2026, the results of Asia's largest spirits competition, the "Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition 2026 (TWSC2026)," were announced, and three products for which Toko Co., Ltd. The brand also won the Best Distillery Award in 2024, and its thorough commitment to terroir, including the use of local Breton malt and oak and the revival of its cooperage to produce new barrels, was once again highly praised. Isle of Raasay Distillery has built a solid reputation at past TWSCs, winning Superior Gold, Best Category, and even the Best Distillery Award for its single malt. This year, "Isle of Raasay Gin" was awarded the Superior Gold medal. It features a unique production method using the distillery's DNA, its new make spirit, as the tenth botanical.
