The 'Excellent Project Awards,' organized by the National Residential Industry Association, aim to recognize outstanding businesses and initiatives in the housing industry to promote quality improvement and industry development. The awards consist of seven categories: (1) Detached Housing, (2) Mid-to-High-Rise Condominiums, (3) Real Estate-Related Businesses, (4) Custom-Built Detached Houses, (5) Planning and Development, (6) Renovation, and (7) Land Development. 'ZOOM Nishi-Waseda' was honored in the Mid-to-High-Rise Condominium category.
