The publication date coincides with the Company's 6th anniversary on Monday, June 15, with select bookstores offering early in-store availability from today. This book is a business guide for executives, summarizing how AI is transforming the nature of work and knowledge based on real-world implementations.

"That conversation can become capital." Daily meetings, negotiations, and on-site conversations contain insights and judgments worth passing on. Yet traditionally, most of these have disappeared—unrecorded, unsearchable, and irretrievable. With large language models (LLMs) now embedded within human cognition, we have entered an era where previously intangible conversations can be accumulated and reused as 'capital' while preserving meaning and context. The book names this shift 'Conversational Capitalism' and discusses how AI-driven redesign of work and knowledge will transform organizational structures.

"What would emerge if we could record and share with AI the conversations, judgments, and feedback that currently flow away unnoticed in our work? A remark in a meeting, an opinion on Slack, a reaction during a negotiation, or an insight a veteran intuitively grasps without putting into words—these small, accumulated conversations and judgments are what actually move work forward. When we log everything and share it with AI, the invisible web of work begins to gradually come into view. 'Conversational Capitalism' is where I wrote down that hypothesis."

Yoshimori Ito

Driven by his early entrepreneurial experiences and failures as a student, he has continued building businesses. Founded a real estate brokerage firm in 2008 and later sold it.

Founded Itanji Co., Ltd. in 2012 and exited in 2018. Founded Toggle Holdings in 2020 and currently leads initiatives in AI-driven redesign of work and knowledge.

Currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, conducting research in neuroscience.
