Report on the 'Oise Amazake Birthday Festival': A Regional Revitalization Project Utilizing Historical Resources in Nagoya Station West Area

## Project Implementation Report

Togaru Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya; Representative Director: Yutaka Kojima) conducted the regional revitalization project 'Oise Amazake Birthday Festival' in the Nagoya station west area from April 11 to May 22, 2026.

This project was held to commemorate the launch of 'Oise Amazake,' a regional product developed based on the 'Amazake Legend' passed down in the Nagoya station west area. It aimed to create new local specialties and promote area exploration by collaborating with local restaurants, shrines, and educational institutions.

### Origins and Features of 'Oise Amazake'
The product reinterprets a local legend where amazake made from the water of the Oise River and rice suppressed an epidemic. Manufacturing was handled by Kankyo Shuzo Co., Ltd.

**Product Specifications:**
- Uses water from the Isuzu River in Ise City, Mie Prefecture
- 100% domestic rice
- Full koji preparation using only rice koji
- No preservatives or artificial flavorings added
- Contains ceramide and GABA
- 2x concentrated type (300g content)

### Results of Collaboration
Through the partnership with the culinary school, students devised over 50 menu ideas, which participating restaurants refined and offered. Furthermore, the collaboration with Nagoya Zokei University produced posters, leaflets, and other communication tools utilizing the sensibilities of the younger generation.
