TMJ, a member of the SECOM Group that builds and operates contact centers and back-office operations (administrative processing centers), headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and led by President and CEO Hideki Maruyama, has renewed its "Excellent Company Certification" for fiscal year 2026, awarded by the General Incorporated Association Japan Future Enterprise Promotion Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "Excellent Foundation").
This GOLD certification marks the 10th consecutive year of recognition, dating back to 2017.
What is "Excellent Company Certification"?
The Excellent Foundation discovers and recognizes "wonderful companies that should be passed on to the next generation" through its "Excellent Company Certification" initiative. The foundation defines an "Excellent Company" as one that "you would recommend to your family to join, and want to pass on to the next generation." Companies are comprehensively judged and certified based on seven indicators: "Business Model/Productivity," "Diversity & Inclusion," "Work-Life Balance," "Health Management," "Human Resource Development/Job Satisfaction," "Risk Management," and "Labor Law Compliance."
