TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Teruki Kono; hereinafter "TKP") has decided to open "World Trade Center Building Hall & Conference," located on the 6th and 7th floors of the "World Trade Center Building Terminal" which TKP is contracted to operate by World Trade Center Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Chio Miyazak), on June 1, 2027. We also announce that the official website has been launched today and reservation acceptance has begun.

In the Hamamatsucho area, large-scale redevelopment centered on the rebuilding of the "World Trade Center Building Main Building & Terminal" is underway, with the development of diverse urban functions such as offices, hotels, commercial facilities, and conference facilities progressing in addition to improved transportation convenience.

"World Trade Center Building Hall & Conference," operated by TKP, will be located on the 6th and 7th floors of the "World Trade Center Building Terminal," directly connected to JR and Tokyo Monorail "Hamamatsucho Station." It is planned to offer 10 halls and conference rooms (maximum approximately 800 sqm, capacity of 750 people) capable of handling international conferences. In addition to supporting a wide range of uses such as exhibitions, meetings, and corporate events, the reception room overlooking the rooftop garden is a suitable space for people to gather and converse, such as standing parties, social gatherings, and receptions. We will develop this as a large-scale all-in-one MICE facility through collaboration with TKP-operated facilities such as "TKP Garden City PREMIUM Hamamatsucho WTC annex" and synergy with hotels and commercial facilities within the district.
