Toppan Travel Service (Headquarters: Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, President: Koki Kawano, hereinafter TKP) acquired all shares of Hulic Biz Frontier Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Chuo-ku, President: Tatsuya Yamao), which was held by Hulic Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Chuo-ku, President: Takaya Maeda), as of March 31, 2026, and made it a subsidiary. Following this, the company name was changed to "TKP Biz Office Co., Ltd." (hereinafter TKP Biz Office).

Background of Share Acquisition

Since its founding, TKP has been engaged in the space regeneration and distribution business, utilizing idle real estate to regenerate spaces and provide comprehensive space services with added value to corporations. It operates approximately 300 conference rooms and accommodation facilities nationwide and has a corporate customer base of about 30,000 companies annually, primarily large domestic corporations. In February 2025, TKP acquired the "fabbit" business (https://fabbit.co.jp/), which operates rental offices, co-working spaces, and virtual offices, from APAMAN Co., Ltd. Through the provision of flexible workspaces, it supports diverse working styles and business growth for freelancers, startups, and other companies.
