TKP Entrusted by Mitsubishi Estate to Manage 'Hibiya Kokusai Building Conference Square' Connected Underground to Uchisaiwaicho and Kasumigaseki Stations

TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takateru Kawano; hereinafter "TKP") announces that it will take over the operation of "Hibiya Kokusai Building Conference Square" from Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsushi Nakajima; hereinafter "Mitsubishi Estate"), starting April 1, 2027.

"Hibiya Kokusai Building Conference Square" is a designer rental conference room directly connected to Uchisaiwaicho Station and Kasumigaseki Station via underground passages, offering excellent access from Tokyo Station. Equipped with a total of 7 rooms, it can accommodate a wide range of needs, from small meetings to large-scale events of up to 200 people. It features sophisticated spaces with distinct formal and casual designs, making it suitable for various uses, from business events like seminars and training sessions to social gatherings and parties. Guests can also enjoy views overlooking Hibiya Park from within the facility. The space, combining high-quality interior design and functionality, provides high added value in business scenes.

TKP has been expanding its own brand of rental conference rooms and event spaces nationwide, while also undertaking the operation of external facilities.
