TKC Corporation (Headquarters: Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture / President: Maki Iizuka) has released the July 2026 issue (vol. 143) of its information magazine 'Shinpū' (meaning 'wind') for local governments.

This issue features interviews with three cities that completed their migration to standard specification systems by the scheduled deadline (end of March 2026), discussing their reflections and operational changes. It also introduces the case of Kamikawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, which undertook a system overhaul as an opportunity for standardization.

Furthermore, as the latest information on local government DX, we present advanced cases from Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, who are working on front yard reforms, as well as the trends in our company's systems and services that support these initiatives.

Digital transformation (DX) is currently accelerating across all aspects of society, and local governments are being pressed to transform their operations and services.

To support such local governments and contribute broadly to the development of Japan's economy and local communities, TKC has been publishing 'Shinpū' since 1996. It goes beyond being a mere 'corporate PR magazine' to support 'the enhancement of resident welfare through improved administrative efficiency in local governments' by delivering useful information, such as the latest trends from national government and innovative advanced cases, to local government officials.

At TKC, we believe that it is important not only to introduce products but also for our customers to continue using our systems and services safely, securely, and conveniently. We will continue to support local governments through various initiatives.
