Tamjai Samgor's take on dandan noodles, based on our classic mala soup with its characteristic numbing spiciness. A creamy soup with a rich sesame flavor is combined with savory meat-miso, chewy dumplings, bean sprouts, yuba (tofu skin), chives, and green onions. It is finished with an accent of green Sichuan peppercorn oil and homemade red chili oil, creating a deep flavor with a numbing spiciness and aroma that stimulates the senses. Enjoy mixing the generous ingredients and soup to your liking.
To finish, we recommend ordering a "Small White Rice" (120 yen, tax included) to go with the remaining soup. It's a satisfying dish down to the last bite, as the rice soaks up the soup infused with the flavors of the ingredients.
