TISI Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasushi Okamoto; hereinafter: TISI), part of the TIS INTEC Group, completed its merger with TIS Inc. and INTECH INC. on July 1, 2026, and changed its trade name to TISI Co., Ltd.
To commemorate this, TISI's new TV commercials starring Tsuyoshi Kusanagi and Meru Nukumi will be broadcast nationwide (excluding some areas) starting July 1, 2026 (Wed).
<TV Commercial Concept>
Both actors, who have previously appeared in TIS INTEC Group TV commercials, continue their roles in the TISI commercials. The characters transform into "genies who grant wishes with IT" rather than lamp genies when their passion ignites. The commercials humorously and accessibly depict the synergy created by the merger of the two companies and TISI's desire to make society smoother through the power of IT.
About the TV Commercial "We Became TISI" Episode
Tsuyoshi Kusanagi and Meru Nukumi appear in their familiar genie costumes. The logos of TIS and INTECH are absorbed into a lamp, and when Kusanagi rubs the lamp, the "TISI" logo appears with smoke. After they announce in unison, "We became TISI Co., Ltd.!", Nukumi says, "We did, didn't we?", to which Kusanagi replies, "It happened, didn't it?". The content emphasizes the birth of the new company through the merger of the two.
About the TV Commercial "TISI, Why Unite?" Episode
Nukumi asks, "Why did TIS and INTECH become one?" Kusanagi uses braised daikon radish as an example, explaining, "Buri and daikon are delicious on their own, but when they become one, they are even more...". Then, Kusanagi, in his genie form, says "synergy" while deliciously eating the daikon. Nukumi, also in genie form, looks convinced while gazing at the daikon and says, "I see." The content humorously conveys the synergy of the merger using braised daikon radish as an example.
About the TV Commercial "TISI, Smooth with IT" Episode
Meru Nukumi, holding a magic lamp and in a suit, appears before Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, also in a suit, who is overcoming numerous societal hurdles one by one. When Nukumi utters "TISI," the hurdles disappear, leaving Kusanagi looking surprised. As Nukumi, in genie form, begins to say "With IT...", Kusanagi, also in genie form, excitedly runs past, exclaiming "Smooth! Yay!". The commercial concludes with the tagline "For a smoother society," emphasizing the societal vision TISI aims for.
