A Proof of Concept (PoC) conducted from January to March 2026 verified the AI's ability to replicate the judgment criteria of experienced interviewers, standardize interview evaluations, and reduce workload. The results showed that by introducing the AI into World Inteck's interviews, it could complement the candidate's appeal and suitability, which might be overlooked by interviewers. This helped to suppress variations in evaluations that tended to be subjective and enabled evaluations based on the same standards as experienced interviewers, regardless of the interviewer's experience. Consequently, it was confirmed that this not only increases the possibility of hiring excellent talent but also reduces interview review time by 15%.

Background
In recent years, with severe labor shortages and intensifying recruitment competition, recruitment activities have become prolonged for many companies. While it is necessary to accurately assess candidates within limited interview times and share the reasons for decisions among stakeholders, the burden of post-interview reviews and follow-ups has increased due to faster selection processes and the spread of online interviews. Furthermore, a significant challenge in the recruitment field is ensuring that evaluation criteria and judgment grounds are clearly and consistently demonstrated, free from individual differences, rather than being influenced by the interviewer's experience and focus.
World Inteck's primary business involves providing human resource solutions such as staffing, placement, and contracting in various technical and skilled fields including research/clinical, manufacturing/logistics, construction/plant, and IT. The company emphasizes hiring based on candidates' "motivation" and "potential." For World Inteck, clearly demonstrating evaluation criteria and judgment grounds without individual differences was a challenge. Subjective judgments dependent on experience could lead to "missing out" on excellent talent that matches the company, and manual tasks such as transcription and creating evaluation sheets for post-interview reviews and follow-ups increased the workload.
In response to these challenges, TIS applied the technology of its sales management tool "SalesMAPs," which has a track record of implementation and utilization for corporations in the field of sales evaluation. "SalesMAPs" utilizes TIS's patented composite emotion analysis technology*1, which analyzes multiple elements in combination, including "what is being said (text)" and "tone of voice, speed, intonation (audio)." By organizing response tendencies and state changes that are difficult to grasp from spoken content alone, it contributes to reviewing sales negotiation content and improving evaluation standardization and accuracy. Recognizing its potential effectiveness in objectively organizing and sharing interview content, TIS jointly conducted a PoC with World Inteck.

PoC Implementation Method
Judgment criteria and key assessment points were extracted through interviews with experienced interviewers and systematized into an evaluation framework. Actual interview data was then analyzed to verify the reproducibility of communication characteristics and evaluation perspectives. The AI was positioned as a "second interviewer" to support the interviewer's judgment, with the assumption that the interviewer would make the final hiring decision, and evaluations were conducted with practical operation in mind.
PoC Results and Decision for Full-Scale Implementation
Through the PoC, it was confirmed that AI-assisted interview evaluation could replicate the evaluation perspectives of experienced interviewers, contribute to workload reduction, and be operationally acceptable. Consequently, the decision was made for full-scale implementation at World Inteck. The main evaluation points are as follows:
Standardization of Judgment through AI Evaluation
The AI algorithmizes the evaluation perspectives obtained from interviews with experienced interviewers, reproducing them from a quantitative and objective standpoint. Elements difficult to discern manually, such as fillers and speaking ratios, are also digitized. By providing multifaceted evaluations as a "second interviewer," the AI makes it easier for less experienced interviewers to notice candidate characteristics, enabling objective evaluation of borderline hiring decisions. This allows for the certain identification of "talent to be hired" who might otherwise have been overlooked, contributing to an improved hiring rate.
Workload Reduction through Post-Interview Task Streamlining
By automatically summarizing content from audio data and visualizing quantitative scores and comments for each of the six evaluation criteria in a report, the AI reduces the workload for reviews and follow-ups that interviewers previously had to perform. A reduction in interview review time by 15% after AI implementation was confirmed, demonstrating a high level of work-saving effect at the operational level.
Future Outlook
TIS and World Inteck plan to expand the interview evaluation AI beyond a mere judgment support tool into a data-driven recruitment system that transforms the entire recruitment process. They will conduct analysis by correlating "evaluation data from recruitment interviews" obtained by the interview evaluation AI with "post-hire performance data (activity level, retention rate)" from HR systems. By quantitatively visualizing "what kind of talent is likely to be successful long-term" and continuously feeding this analysis back into the interview evaluation model, they aim to achieve "Recruitment DX" that continuously improves hiring accuracy. Furthermore, "SalesMAPs" will continue to update its AI technology and enhance its evaluation assistant functions, providing comprehensive support for Recruitment DX from interviews to post-hire, and further strengthening its support for building data-based recruitment systems for companies.
