TigerMob Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Eriko Kikuchi, hereinafter 'TigerMob') announces that it has been entrusted with the design and operation of the Indonesia-Bali fieldwork training program scheduled for August 2026, as part of the 'Will Program'—an entrepreneurship initiative for high school and university students. The program is organized by Prima Pinguino Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinji Fujioka) with support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TOKYO SUTEAM). The program officially commenced following the confirmation of participants.
For the past 10 years, TigerMob has unlocked the 'wild' potential in youth through chaotic, cross-border experiences, cultivating self-reliant leaders. This time, TigerMob will apply its decade of accumulated expertise and insights to deliver a tailored program for the overseas training segment of the Tokyo-supported entrepreneurship initiative. Going beyond merely offering overseas experiences, TigerMob will design and implement a transformative program that aligns with the Will Program’s mission: turning awareness of local challenges into excitement and empowering youth to take action—ultimately reshaping each participant’s thinking and behavior.
About the Will Program
January 24, 2026: Will Program Kickoff Event @ SHIBUYA QWS — Our CEO Eriko Kikuchi will speak
The Will Program is a publicly recruited entrepreneurship program for high school and university students who wish to explore and tackle regional challenges through inquiry-based and cross-border learning.
Supported by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TOKYO SUTEAM) and organized by Prima Pinguino Co., Ltd., the program has already begun with selected participants. From January 2026 to February 2027, participants will experience a comprehensive curriculum—from learning entrepreneurship fundamentals, identifying social issues, brainstorming solutions, to creating business ideas using ICT skills. In the summer of 2026, they will undertake fieldwork either overseas or on remote Japanese islands.

Why TigerMob?
What TigerMob offers is not simply an 'opportunity to go abroad,' but a 'learning design that sparks internal transformation through friction and dialogue in unfamiliar environments.'
For the Will Program, which aims to confront regional challenges and nurture entrepreneurial spirit, authentic questions and personal ownership of action—something that cannot emerge within a classroom—are essential. Drawing on a decade of experience in cross-border learning, TigerMob has designed a seamless program spanning pre-departure training, in-country activities, and post-program reflection. The program carefully guides participants from a sense of curiosity ('Why is this happening?') to formulating their own questions, testing business hypotheses on-site, and deepening self-awareness.
Overview of the Bali Fieldwork Training
Program Name: SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION CAMP ~6 Days of Action Toward Achieving the SDGs~ Dates: August 3 (Mon), 2026 – August 8 (Sat), 2026 Destination: Bali, Indonesia
Centered on the concept of 'making Bali’s environmental issues personal and taking action from one’s own questions,' the program will engage participants in visiting local organizations tackling waste and circular economy issues. Through English-language fieldwork, hypothesis testing, and presentations, the program aims to spark intrinsic change. TigerMob will also oversee all pre- and post-travel training sessions (two pre-trip and one post-trip).
Key Visits and Experience Content
- Visit to an NGO tackling waste issues
Participants will visit an environmental NGO working on collecting, sorting, data-tracking, and recycling waste from Bali’s rivers and oceans. By tracing the flow of waste from local rivers to the world’s oceans, students will internalize global environmental challenges as personal responsibilities.

- Visit organizations advancing the circular economy
Visit a permaculture farm practicing composting of food waste, rainwater harvesting, and natural farming methods to experience circular living.
- Tour eco-guesthouses practicing zero-waste lifestyles, featuring natural-material buildings, composting of food scraps, and refillable amenities
- Visit a 'Think-Do-Be Tank' led by a Japanese entrepreneur
Visit a Bali-based environmental research company founded by Mr. Takama, a Japanese environmental entrepreneur. Participants will learn about the organization’s mission and activities, and use it as a sounding board to refine their own business ideas.

Comment from Shinji Fujioka, Representative Director, Prima Pinguino Co., Ltd.
'We are deeply encouraged to be collaborating with TigerMob Co., Ltd. The Will Program aims not just to teach regional challenges, but to nurture youth who embrace societal issues as their own questions and transform them into action. That’s why venturing outside the classroom—to experience different cultures, values, and local practices through full-body engagement and exploration—holds profound significance. Through this process, participants will come to believe that 'their immediate surroundings are the center of the world, and every action they take shapes the world.' We will realize our mission of 'increasing the number of people living in their own words' through this program. We hope this fieldwork in Bali becomes an opportunity for each participant to reconnect global challenges, local issues, and their own future. We are confident that the convergence of TigerMob’s expertise in cross-border learning and our experience in community-based education will create a deeper space for nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit of the next generation.'

What we aim to deliver is not the 'consumption of overseas experiences,' but a space that liberates the wild potential within youth. Confronting regional challenges, acting in unfamiliar environments with one’s own questions—experiencing all of this with all five senses—
