Tiffany & Co. will celebrate the first anniversary of Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji by offering the "1st Anniversary Afternoon Tea" and the seasonal dessert "Peach Melba" starting July 1, 2026 (Wed).
Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji opened in August 2025 as Tiffany's first Blue Box Café in Japan. The café is overseen by Chef Natsuko Shoji, who has received high acclaim both domestically and internationally, including winning the Best Pastry Chef and Best Female Chef awards at "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants," and the Pastry & Bakery Opening of the Year Award at "LA LISTE Pastry Special Awards 2026" for this very café. Through the resonance of elegance, craftsmanship, and originality between Tiffany and Chef Shoji, we offer a unique culinary experience.
1st Anniversary Afternoon Tea Featuring Vibrant Summer Vegetables
This magnificent afternoon tea is infused with the craftsmanship of Chef Natsuko Shoji, who possesses exceptional skill and delicate expressiveness. To mark its first anniversary this summer, we express the special arrival of summer with the rich flavors of Japanese summer vegetables and fruits, created by the sparkling sun.
On the stand, you'll find dishes such as "Corn Sandwich," adorned with a beautiful and intricate arrangement crafted by nature; "Edamame and Bottarga Tart," evoking a scene where the sun shines upon the dazzling green of summer; and "Young Corn and Prosciutto," featuring cheese hidden beneath specially prepared low-salt prosciutto. The chef's signature fruit tart uses peaches with a refreshing sweetness, complemented by the light texture of sable cookies and the pleasant tartness of strawberries and raspberries that enhance its delicate flavor. The "Citrus Jelly," with its three layers of orange gradation, represents the abundant variety of Japanese citrus fruits in color, type, and taste. The balance of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness harmonizes in the mouth, spreading a refreshing, summery flavor.
Complementing this special afternoon tea is a sorbet served in a waffle cone style. Evoking the culture of New York ice cream stands, the sorbet, with its eye-catching Tiffany Blue cone cover, offers a sweet and tart strawberry milk flavor and a rich vanilla sweetness that makes you forget the summer heat with every bite, inviting you to a special moment that makes your heart flutter.
Additionally, the all-day dining menu will feature the seasonal dessert "Peach Melba." This exquisite dish, a harmonious blend of peach compote, rich vanilla ice cream, and a sweet and tart raspberry sauce, expresses the vibrant splendor of summer.
Please enjoy this special afternoon tea and sweets, where Chef Natsuko Shoji's uncompromising craftsmanship is showcased in every detail, within the cool and refreshing Tiffany Blue-adorned space.
Furthermore, to commemorate the first anniversary of "Tiffany Ginza," Asia's largest flagship store, we will offer a special time as a token of our gratitude to our customers. In a cool and comfortable space that will make you forget the intense heat of Tokyo, we will also offer special drinks supervised by Shingo Gokan, who boasts the most awards globally from "The World's / Asia's / North America's 50 Best Bars," to all visitors to the store, to accompany the exquisite menu created by Chef Natsuko Shoji.
