Tiffany & Co. is pleased to announce the opening of the limited-time "Sakura Terrace" at The Blue Box Café, marking the arrival of spring.
To capture the essence of the Japanese spring, we have decorated the terrace of The Blue Box Café—which overlooks the Chuo-dori street in Ginza—with deep pink Kawazu cherry blossoms and pale pink Yoshino cherry blossoms. We invite you to spend a spring moment looking up at the sky and admiring the beautiful blossoms. We hope this spot will serve as a place where everyone can feel the "transience" and "beauty" of the cherry blossoms—so special to the Japanese people—and find a moment of serenity in the heart of the city. The terrace is available without a reservation.
During this period, a limited-edition menu themed around cherry blossoms will be available. This menu was created with the precise technique and delicate sensibility of Chef Natsuko Shoji, who oversees The Blue Box Café with her creative talent, offering a lineup that allows you to experience spring with all five senses.
Sakura Strawberry Shortcake (3,600 yen, tax included) A pale cherry-blossom-colored shortcake featuring strawberries sandwiched between layers of chantilly cream infused with the scent of cherry leaves. A subtle saltiness reminiscent of sakura mochi and a layer of homemade strawberry jam provide the perfect accents. You can also enjoy a change in flavor by adding Uji matcha sauce to your liking.
Sakura Cocktail "AMUSE" (2,800 yen, tax included) An aperitif cocktail inspired by the happiness-bringing Clover Club. With its floral aroma and gorgeous visual appeal, it is a drink that heightens the anticipation of spring.
Sakura Mocktail "UN LOCK" (2,200 yen, tax included) A light, non-alcoholic drink that is visually delightful. It is prepared by pouring elderflower tonic over jelly containing fruits and herbs, making it look as if spring is blooming inside the glass.
Crêpe Suzette (3,600 yen, tax included) A warm and rich dessert perfect for enjoying on a spring terrace. This classic dish is filled with the fragrance of various domestic citrus fruits.
The Blue Box Café was established as the first of its kind in Japan, offering a unique dining experience inspired by Tiffany's glorious heritage. Under the supervision of Chef Natsuko Shoji, the menu blends Japanese ingredients and culture with a background of New York food culture. Located in the heart of gastronomy in Ginza, Tokyo, it has become a new hub that embodies the culture of Tiffany & Co.
