Tiffany & Co. is pleased to announce the launch of a limited-time "Sakura Terrace" at the "Blue Box Cafe" to herald the arrival of spring.

The terrace of the Blue Box Cafe, which can be viewed from Ginza's Chuo-dori, will be adorned with deep pink Kawazu cherry blossoms and pale pink Yoshino cherry blossoms, evoking the Japanese spring landscape. This setting is designed to create a moment of spring where guests can look up at the sky and admire the beautiful cherry blossoms. We hope this will be a place where everyone can visit to feel the "ephemeral" and "beauty" of cherry blossoms, which hold a special place in the hearts of Japanese people, while also enjoying a moment of gentle relaxation in the heart of the city. No reservations are required.

During this period, a special menu themed around cherry blossoms will be available. This menu has been created with the meticulous sensibility of Chef Natsuko Shoji, who supervises the Blue Box Cafe with its precise techniques and abundant creativity, offering a lineup that allows you to experience spring with all five senses.

Sakura Strawberry Shortcake (3,600 yen, tax included)

A pale pink shortcake with strawberries sandwiched between whipped cream infused with the aroma of cherry blossom leaves. A subtle salty flavor reminiscent of sakura mochi and a layer of homemade strawberry jam add a unique accent. You can also enjoy a change in taste by drizzling Uji matcha sauce over it.

Sakura Cocktail "AMUSE" (2,800 yen, tax included)

A drink inspired by the Clover Club, which is said to bring happiness. This aperitif cocktail enhances the anticipation for spring with its floral aroma and glamorous visual presentation.

Sakura Mocktail "UN LOCK" (2,200 yen, tax included)

A drink that opens up spring in the glass as elderflower tonic is poured over jelly containing fruits and herbs. A light non-alcoholic drink that is also visually enjoyable.

Crêpes Suzette (3,600 yen, tax included)

A warm and rich dessert perfect for enjoying on the spring terrace. A classic dish with the aroma of various domestic citrus fruits.

The Blue Box Cafe, the first of its kind in Japan, offers a unique dining experience inspired by Tiffany's brilliant heritage. Under the supervision of Chef Natsuko Shoji, the menu fuses New York's culinary culture with Japanese ingredients and traditions. It stands as a new hub embodying Tiffany's culture in the heart of Tokyo's gourmet district, Ginza.
