3. Final check of ledger figures!

This is a challenge in progress!

Everyone is currently studying to be able to do not only accounting entry work but also the final check of monthly ledger figures!

They visit our office twice a week, and our members provide direct lectures on the spot.

Everyone is eagerly studying to improve their skills.

There are many opportunities for people with disabilities to thrive in the world, but what makes ThinkLedge special is that it is a service that naturally leads to the realization of an inclusive society, as it creates opportunities for people with disabilities just by using the service for a company's management, without directly dealing with employment support facilities or buying products.

We operate with the aim of being a service where both users and those involved are happy.

By succeeding as a model case in the future, we envision that it will first become a topic of conversation in the welfare industry, then spread to various other industries, becoming known to many people—that is our current plan to realize our dream.

First, by succeeding as a model case, we will contribute to the branding of the collaborating employment support facilities.

Along with the branding of employment support facilities, we want to make it a topic in the welfare industry, starting with making it widely known within the welfare industry.

Furthermore, based on the successful model case, we will disseminate information about ThinkLedge's business model through various media such as media outlets, press releases, and SNS, to make it known to people in diverse industries and occupations, and ultimately achieve the goal of having this business model imitated.
