Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics. Master of International Business from the University of Wollongong, Sydney Business School, Australia. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) by the U.S. IMA. Registered Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. Joined Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. in 1996, engaged in FP services in the sales department. Joined SOFTBANK BB Corp. (now SoftBank Corp.) in 2001, engaged in corporate planning for the Yahoo! BB business. Subsequently, he has mainly worked in CFO, corporate planning, IR, and FP&A roles at companies including Sophia Holdings Co., Ltd., Nihon ESI K.K., Equinix Japan K.K., and Wave Rock Holdings Co., Ltd. Joined Thinca, Inc. in March 2026 and was appointed Executive Officer, CFO.

(now DG Business Technology, Inc.) in 2015. Engaged in sales and business planning for e-commerce SaaS. Led organizational transformation, established a customer success system in SaaS, and promoted partner alliances, serving as the head of the SaaS business and new business development. Joined Thinca, Inc. in June 2025. Appointed Executive Officer in January 2026.

Graduated from Meiji University, School of Commerce. Worked at Recruit Co., Ltd. for 7 years in corporate sales for mid-career recruitment. Subsequently, spent 11 years at Sansan, Inc. Promoted a vertical strategy for the real estate and construction industries, focusing on enterprise companies. Contributed to expanding adoption within the industry by proposing value that positioned the service as an infrastructure supporting the sharing and succession of personal networks. Experienced the company's growth phase from 70 to 2,000 employees. Afterwards, engaged in business development and sales strategy planning at two startups in the EdTech and SalesTech sectors. Joined Thinca, Inc. in June 2025. Appointed Executive Officer in January 2026.
