Shinka and Fixstars Form Business Alliance

Shinka Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Takahiro Ejiri) and Fixstars Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Satoshi Miki) have entered into a business alliance agreement as of March 30, 2026. Shinka has announced aggressive investment for the fiscal year ending December 2026 and positions the rapid deployment of generative AI-related services (AI phone, AI chat, etc.) as a critical issue. This partnership is part of a record-breaking growth investment plan of 980 million yen, aimed at securing overwhelming development speed and advantage. This alliance, following the capital and business alliance with SB C&S Corp. on March 19, 2026, is aimed at "strengthening the product development base." By doing so, Shinka will powerfully advance both the reinforcement of sales expansion systems and the establishment of product superiority, accelerating non-continuous business growth. The partnership will utilize Fixstars' advanced software high-speed processing technology and AI implementation know-how, along with their track record of AI adoption in enterprise companies, to promote the enhancement and sophistication of AI functions in "Kaikura." Instead of merely utilizing existing external AI services, they aim to provide higher-order AI services by developing the environment to host their own AI and jointly developing cutting-edge proprietary engines. Shinka's role will be to lead infrastructure construction, front-end and application development, system integration, and prototype development and user testing. Fixstars' role will be technical investigation and comparative verification (PoC) of core voice interaction engines, technical selection support, and expansion/development of core technologies, as well as design and development of proprietary AI/LLM-related functions that contribute to feature differentiation.
