However, going out in a wheelchair places a significant burden on the "pusher," and sometimes a single phrase like "Maybe we should skip it today..." can stop an outing. Even a slight uphill slope or a slightly longer trip. The physical strain on caregivers unknowingly deprives them of opportunities for outings and moments of joy. We are serious about reducing this "pushing burden" to near zero.
