Thermos Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Kataoka), a global company specializing in vacuum flasks, which proposes comfortable and environmentally friendly lifestyles for people and society, is working with Kawasaki Frontale, a professional soccer club operated by Kawasaki Frontale Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Akihiro Yoshida), as an official partner to collect "used stainless steel thermos bottles" at Kawasaki Frontale's home games and sports facilities operated by the company.
We are pleased to announce the collection results from the 2025 season home games, the 2026 special season (Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Vision League) home games, and sports facilities operated by Kawasaki Frontale. Thermos will continue to promote environmentally conscious lifestyle proposals through resource circulation initiatives.
About the "Used Stainless Steel Thermos Bottle" Collection Service
We consider it our important mission to deliver products and services that lead to a richer and more comfortable life, while also working to reduce the burden on the global environment. To this end, we are promoting sustainability activities such as collecting and recycling used products. As part of this initiative, we launched a collection service for "used stainless steel thermos bottles" at our directly managed stores in 2023.
Furthermore, in support of Kawasaki Frontale's philosophy of protecting "everyday life with soccer" by reducing waste and recycling, we began collections at sports facilities, including Frontale Town, from the 2024 fiscal year, and at home games from the 2025 season.
Through these efforts, in fiscal year 2025, with the cooperation of Kawasaki Frontale's fans and supporters, the total annual collection volume for the service has significantly increased. We sincerely thank all the fans and supporters who cooperated. The collected "used stainless steel thermos bottles" are carefully handled, processed through crushing and sorting, and reborn as recycled materials for various products.

Our Initiatives with the Professional Soccer Club "Kawasaki Frontale"
Thermos concluded a club partnership agreement with Kawasaki Frontale in 2022 and an official partnership agreement in 2023. Since the establishment of the partnership, we have acquired naming rights for the "Party Seats" on the main stand side and displayed our logo at the home stadium "Uvance Todoroki Stadium by Fujitsu (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture)." We also conduct initiatives where people can experience our products.
Furthermore, since 2024, we have been supporting children's cafeterias. In collaboration with organizations such as the "Kawasaki Children's Cafeteria Network" and the "Kanagawa Children's Cafeteria & Community Cafeteria Network," we donate Thermos frying pans and other cooking utensils to local children's cafeterias, supporting improved cooking efficiency at these facilities.
