[Syukatsu Kaigi x HR Soken] Survey on Job Hunting Trends of 2027 Graduates (March) - 1st Report

Syukatsu Kaigi Co., Ltd. (President: Yuta Akashio; Shinjuku, Tokyo), a subsidiary of Port Inc., in collaboration with HR Soken (Director: Kosuke Terasawa; Chiyoda, Tokyo), a research institute operated by ProFuture Inc., conducted a questionnaire survey on 'job hunting' and 'career awareness' targeting students graduating in March 2027 (hereinafter referred to as '27 graduates') as of early March 2026.

In the spring of 2026, new graduate recruitment activities by companies have become even more accelerated and diversified, forcing 27 graduates to conduct their job searches with a greater sense of speed. This report mainly presents the results of the survey regarding 'job hunting activities.'
