Shukatsu Kaigi Introduces Comprehensive Measures Against False Posts Abusing Generative AI

■ Challenges in Maintaining Information Reliability Amidst the Spread of Generative AI "Shukatsu Kaigi" is one of Japan's largest corporate review information products for job seekers, featuring approximately 1.4 million (※) cumulative content items, such as entry sheets and selection experience reports submitted by job seekers.

Our company has traditionally ensured the reliability of information by verifying the identity of posters using student IDs and email addresses, in addition to conducting content reviews based on our unique guidelines. However, with the rapid spread of generative AI in recent years, the risk of "false selection experiences not based on real experiences" being easily generated and posted has increased. We recognize that the proliferation of such false information undermines the authenticity of job-hunting review sites and is a serious challenge that hinders job seekers' appropriate decision-making.

■ Specific Measures for Stricter Review System - Mandatory attachment of proof images for posts In addition to the conventional identity verification using student IDs and email addresses, we have made it mandatory to submit images of documents or screens that prove selection results or internship participation when posting. By introducing a review process that confirms posts are based on real experiences, we aim to eliminate false posts generated by AI.

- Refreshing review standards and strengthening multi-faceted monitoring We have re-clarified and strengthened the review standards for expressions suspected of generative AI abuse and posts lacking specificity. Furthermore, we have started operations to conduct multi-faceted reviews, such as consistency with individual activities, by monitoring the poster's frequency and content of posts.

- Strengthening measures against fraudulent multiple accounts We have reinforced our system to detect and prevent mass posting by the same individual or the creation of fraudulent multiple accounts for the purpose of earning incentives. By detecting unnatural activity logs, we prevent false posts before they occur.
