◆ Icon Profile After graduating junior high school, he aimed to join New Japan Pro-Wrestling but failed the document screening. Using that frustration as motivation, he pursued mixed martial arts after high school, seeking strength. He honed his skills in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu, and in June 2019, he joined the Fale Dojo in New Zealand.
In June 2020, he finally joined New Japan Pro-Wrestling on his fourth attempt at the entrance test. On February 14, 2021, he made his debut against Yuya Uemura at Korakuen Hall, but suffered a left elbow injury during a ground exchange shortly after the start, leading to a regrettable referee stoppage loss. He then went on a long-term absence.
On October 31, 2021, he made his return after approximately 8 months against his junior, Ryohei Oiwa, at the Big Palette Fukushima event (10-minute time limit draw). On April 22, 2022, he defeated Ryohei Oiwa at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium No. 2 Arena (EDION Arena Osaka) event, marking his first professional victory.
On March 6, 2022, he made his first appearance in the 'NEW JAPAN CUP' but was defeated by Aaron Henare in the first round at Big Palette Fukushima.
On January 5, 2024, he had a farewell match against Hikuleo & El Phantasmo (partner: Oscar Reube) at the Sumida Ward event before embarking on an overseas training excursion.
On August 17, 2025, he made a triumphant return at the Ariake event. He joined BC WAR DOGS and changed his ring name to Yuto-Ice.
On September 28 of the same year, at the Kobe event, he won the IWGP Tag Team Championship for the first time with his tag partner OSKAR.
As of April 2026, he has successfully defended the title 5 times. His unadorned, raw comments have gained the support of many fans.
