During this lecture, we also discussed the job hunting situation of student athletes and introduced the elements that companies expect from individuals with sports experience.

- Experience overcoming difficulties

These are frequently cited, and the experiences gained through competition hold significant value in society. We conveyed that it is not just the athletic results but the experiences and attitudes acquired in the process that are evaluated in society, providing students with an opportunity to re-examine their own experiences.

■ Observing the Actual Competition Scene and Experiencing the Reality of Student Athletes

Prior to the lecture, we also had the opportunity to observe the practice session of the Obirin University Volleyball Club. In the gymnasium, we witnessed students earnestly chasing the ball and playing as a team, communicating with each other.
