The late-night program "JET STREAM" (broadcast every Monday-Friday, 24:00-24:55), aired on TOKYO FM and the JFN 38-station network, will be renewed starting with the broadcast on Monday, July 6, 2026. In addition to the current "Captain" Masaharu Fukuyama, Chiaki Horan will newly assume the role of "Cabin Attendant," marking the start of the program's first-ever two-person system. "JET STREAM" began broadcasting in July 1967 during the era of "FM Tokai," the practical test broadcast station of Tokai University and the predecessor of TOKYO FM. It is the "longest-running commercial FM radio program," celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2027. From July of this year, the program has been positioned as 【JET STREAM 60th YEAR】, and it is being renewed for a new future while inheriting its legacy. Masaharu Fukuyama & Chiaki Horan, a luxurious tag team, will invite you on a night flight.

Regarding her appearance on "JET STREAM," Chiaki Horan commented with enthusiasm, "I remember when I was in junior high school, I used to turn on my night study switch with the soothing music of 'JET STREAM' as a signal before tests. The program renewal will rebuild the long-standing program concept of "a regular flight of music at midnight" and refresh "Sound Graffiti," which features a weekly special of exquisite world music, as the main content of the program. The first week of the renewal, starting Monday, July 6, will feature "The 60th Anniversary of The Beatles' Visit to Japan Special ~From London to Haneda~."

Born in Tokyo in 1988. She has an Irish father and a Japanese mother. She began modeling at the age of 6. She is a graduate of Aoyama Gakuin University. She will graduate from the news program "N-sta" (TBS network), where she has been a caster for 8 years, as of March 2025. She has served as MC for programs such as "THE Sedai Kan" (TV Asahi network) and "Degawa Kazushige Horan☆Fushigi no Kai" (TV Asahi network), and has appeared in numerous programs, mainly variety shows.
