1. Objectives of Organizational Change
(1) Establishment of a Comprehensive Production System

Aiming to establish a comprehensive production system that oversees content and businesses derived from content, the Programming and Production Bureau will be renamed the "Comprehensive Production Bureau," and a "Content Production Department" will be established to manage traditional programming and production functions.

The existing "Business Development Department" will be redefined as a support department for producers, and its personnel will be expanded.

The Operations Promotion Department will be renamed the "Operations Management Department," consolidating the operational management functions of the Comprehensive Production Bureau (e.g., review, public relations, numerical management operations).
(2) Strengthening of Group Creative System
We will deepen collaboration with our group company, Sounds Next Inc., and transfer the program direction functions previously held by our Production Department to that company.
(3) Reorganization of Sales System
The two-department sales system within the Business Solution Bureau will be reorganized, and a new "Sales Department 3" will be established to build a flexible and meticulous sales structure.
(4) Strengthening of B2C Business Domain
Personnel in the Content Business Bureau will be expanded, aiming for further growth in B2C revenue (e.g., events, merchandise sales, digital paid content) based on program IP.
(5) Establishment of Broadcasting Operations Department
To strengthen the system for stabilizing broadcasting operations and preventing broadcasting accidents, an "Operations Center Department" will be established within the Technology Bureau.
