Exceed Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Aiko Sawabe), which operates the digital human resource development service 'TechHigher' for teenagers, will hold an online seminar "Claude Practical Seminar Vol. 3: For Owners - Business/Organization Automation (Hands-on)" on July 16, 2026, targeting classroom operators.

This seminar is a hands-on session open to operators of Tech for elementary and TechHigher affiliated classrooms, as well as non-affiliated classroom operators. Vol. 1 covered "Defensive AI Utilization (Monthly Task Efficiency Improvement)" and Vol. 2 covered "Offensive AI Utilization (Mass Production of Summer Course Banners for Enhanced Customer Acquisition)". In this third session, we will go beyond AI utilization as a convenient function and learn how to build an "AI Employee Team (Organization)" that supports classroom operations.

For this session, we welcome Ms. Yoko Kawakami (Yossy-sensei), representative of 'Thinking Lab.', as the instructor. Using Claude Code, we will practically build a "Dissemination Officer" that creates LINE message content for parents, an "AI Secretary" that acts as a command center coordinating each officer, and an "Operations Dashboard" that consolidates the reports from each officer onto a single screen every morning.

The feature of this seminar is that participants can create dedicated "AI employees" that understand their own classroom's rules and tone simply by filling in a template (SKILL.md) and talking to the AI, without writing complex programming code. Participants will experience a relay-style collaboration where the AI Secretary calls and directs personnel such as the "Dissemination Officer" and "Accounting Officer." They will also gain the foundation to grow their "company" by adding "employees" one by one as needed functions arise in their work. The content aims to foster "owners who can master AI" by freeing up time to focus on management decisions, improving the quality of instruction and parent communication, and resolving reliance on individuals, turning it into an asset for the classroom.

This seminar can be considered the culmination of a series of practical sessions aimed at transforming the way classrooms operate. It elevates the know-how gained in Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 for efficiency and customer acquisition to a higher perspective of "organization automation." Please try to cultivate your own "AI Company," which will not only make daily tasks easier but also serve as a powerful weapon for classroom management.
