Exceed Inc. to Host 2nd Practical Claude Seminar for Educational Institutions

Exceed Inc. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Aiko Sawabe), operator of the digital talent development service for teenagers 'TechHigher', will host an online seminar titled 'Practical Claude Seminar Part 2: Mass-producing Summer Program Banners with Claude Design × Canva MCP' on June 29, 2026, targeting classroom operators.

This seminar is a hands-on session open not only to classrooms affiliated with Tech for elementary and TechHigher, but also to non-affiliated classroom operators. While the first session focused on 'defensive AI use' to streamline monthly operations and free up time, this second session will focus on 'offensive AI use'—applying AI directly to customer acquisition strategies.

For the second session, Mr. Masatsugu Ishida from 'Kids Programming Club Okayama' will again serve as the instructor. Participants will experience creating banners to increase summer program trial sign-ups by integrating Claude Design with Canva via MCP connection. The 90-minute session goes beyond simply generating images with AI: it involves organizing appeal points for different target groups (e.g., elementary grades 3–4 trying programming for the first time, or middle school grades 1–2 with serious interest), then integrating AI-generated ideas into participants’ existing classroom templates.

A key feature of this seminar is the opportunity to experience a clear division of roles: using AI (Claude) to expand creative ideas and then finalizing designs in a familiar tool (Canva). Participants will create 3–5 banner variations during the session and save the prompts used as a 'prompt library', enabling them to independently replicate the process for next year’s summer, winter, or spring programs. Additionally, practical examples of adapting this method into lesson materials for students will be introduced.

The time saved through 'defensive AI use' in the first session will now be applied through 'offensive AI use' in the second session to directly boost summer program enrollment.
